Modern apartment with lake-view terrace, located within a residence with shared swimming pool, tennis court, and pier with direct access to the lake and beach, surrounded by a 5,000 m² park planted with centuries-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.

The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with a bright and spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine, and toaster. From the living room, guests can access the private terrace furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with lake views.
The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, and fan. A storage room with washing machine and iron is also available.

An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second features a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes, and windows overlooking the private garden.
The apartment is completed by a private garden with an additional outdoor dining area equipped with table, chairs, and a barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals.

Guests have access to a private outdoor parking space.

The shared swimming pool is open from June 10 to September 30. Swimming caps may be required.
The residence Il Melograno also features a shared tennis court, available upon reservation.
A baby cot and highchair are available on request at a small extra cost.
Small pets are allowed upon request, with a supplement of €5 per night.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all instructions to access the accommodation independently will be provided.
Upon arrival or shortly before, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, according to local regulations.

Padenghe is a charming town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the morainic hills. This land produces the most important D.O.C. wine of the province of Brescia: the “Garda Classico”. The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda often hosts theatre performances, music events, historical reenactments, and folklore festivals, perfect for lively evenings after a day on the lake or at the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers numerous nightlife options for young visitors.
Long walks, cycling paths, outdoor sports, cultural events, and golden beaches enrich the summer season. Padenghe’s beaches are beautiful all year round, as is its romantic and historic old town.

The apartment is easily reachable from Verona Airport, just 40 minutes away by car.
