You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:
- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.
- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.

A qiet seaside town

Very liveable for the week. Nice size studio. Beware bathroom noises are heard because of designed wall opening. Turn the TV up and all is good

Lovely property & location

Check in was frustrating as we arrived after midnight, and at no stage of booking process was Blue Lagoon Resort mentioned and the address was confusing so it took quite a while to actually find the property, and find our apartment. The room and location was lovely however it was disappointing to realise after a day or so that the fridge was turned down to '1' therefore our food and drinks were not cold, and food put in freezer did not stay frozen. Even after we turned the fridge up to '5' our food and drinks in the fridge were not overly cold and our food in the freezer were only partially frozen.

Cleanliness was poor, dirty dishes and pots in cupboards, dust on dvd player that wasn’t even connected to anything, huge amount of dust under bed with pamphlets and medication found slime on shower walls and door was disgusting… I went out and bought bleach and cleaned. Old coffee pods still in machine. Coat hangers hanging off light fittings. Water jug in fridge half full so hadn’t been replaced with fresh water. 2 lights not working in main, bathroom door handle needs to be tightened. No soap holder in shower so everything had to go on the floor.Entry to property was hard.. actually entered the wrong apartment as our key fitted the lock.. NOT GOOD. Wish I’d taken pics if the showed before I cleaned it.Location fantastic, pool fantastic, layout was great

However, we are horrified and profoundly sorry for the completely unacceptable state of cleanliness and the multiple maintenance issues you found. It is inexcusable that you had to clean on your holiday. This major failure has been addressed in the strongest terms with our housekeeping team. Most critically, we sincerely apologise for the dangerous security issue of the key fitting another lock; this is being investigated with the utmost urgency.
