We are 15 minutes drive from the stunning Conwy Valley which includes Bodnant Gardens, Betws-y- coed, Llanwrst & Gwydir and Snowdonia National Park beyond. Closer by we have the spectacular Great Orme, quaint Deganwy, enchanting Conwy and beautiful Anglesey.
The apartment is accessed by the communal entrance hall serving the building, which leads to your private external staircase of one flight to a private 1st floor balcony and the front door.
Please note - there are a total of 33 steps from the front gate to the landing of the apartment including front steps to the house, a few on the patio, the external and internal staircases. There are several rest spots (!) but for those with prohibitive mobility issues, this apartment may not work.

Be aware that there is a dog loose in the garden of the property, so please be mindful of closing doors and gates.
