The Rauschberg holiday apartment features a new kitchen, a living room, two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds offering hotel-quality comfort/allergy-friendly bedding), a bright bathroom with a window, a practical hallway, and a large east-facing balcony. The open-plan kitchen and dining area offers ample space for a family of four. A cot and highchair are available free of charge upon request.

The building also offers a sauna (for a fee), a table tennis room, a ski storage room, and, new in the adjacent partner building, a lockable bicycle garage with an e-bike charging station and a guest washing machine/dryer (for a fee).

We also rent out four additional holiday apartments in the Landhaus St. Markus.
