Inside, the house has three bright bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), and spacious and cosy common areas, tastefully decorated in a warm Mediterranean style. The main living room (wifi and smart tv), with fireplace and large windows, integrates with a pleasant dining area and a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, with direct access to the terrace and garden.



The exterior is one of the property's strengths: a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, barbecue area, outdoor dining area and a well-maintained garden that surrounds the entire house, offering sunny and shaded corners to enjoy at any time of the day.

House rules: The organisation of parties or events of any kind is not permitted. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified. Pets are not accepted. Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics. If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
