Sjøbu helt i vannkanten, med mulighet til å låne tennisbane på området. Oterøy er et fint turområde, med kragerøskjærgårdens fineste utsikt og fine padle muligheter. Oterøy ligger i ytre skjærgård og nærmeste øy til jomfruland. Like langt fra valle som Kragerø, 15min med planende båt. Oterøy har ikke ferje tilgang, ferjeleie på Gumøy er rett over fjorden og ikke langt unna. Ellers går det taxibåter. Har du båt har vi båtplass. det er utedo, utedusj og ett lite utekjøkken.
