The space
This newly refurbished, self contained garden lodge has two bedrooms and a large open plan living room with a well equipped kitchen in the hamlet of East Tytherely, close to the market towns of Romsey and Stockbridge, at the heart of the Test Valley and a short drive to the historic towns of both Winchester and Salisbury.
The space:
The lodge sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room.
The first bedroom is downstairs and has a superking bed. The bedroom can also be made into two single beds, just let us know when booking if you would like this bedroom made up as two singles.
The second bedroom is up a short flight of stairs and has a king size bed.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The bed linen is all 200TC 100% Egyptian cotton. Pillows are synthetic and are luxury soft as down pillows for your comfort.
The main living room area has a large sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of the 4K HD smart TV with Netflix. There is also a love seat and arm chairs for relaxing or reading.
The kitchen table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, hob, oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine.
Complimentary Wifi is available and the unit under television contains various indoor board games for cosy nights in.
There is also access to a private tennis court and access to a large private driveway and spacious shared garden.

Guest access
The lodge is self - contained and private to guests however it is within the garden of a family home so when the hosts are at home there may be children and a dog around. Your privacy and quiet enjoyment while you are staying is of the upmost importance the hosts who will do everything they can to minimise any disturbance during your stay. Guests are welcome to use the wider garden which is about 6 acres. As a peaceful retreat, we ask that no events be held on the premises to maintain the tranquillity of the area.
Parking -You have access to the large off-road private driveway.
