The Space:

We remind you that it is mandatory to complete the online check-in before your arrival by entering your details and documents through the Vikey service.



The software is a professional service that guarantees 100% of your privacy.

The procedure is very simple and takes only a few minutes. Upon your arrival, you will not have to take care of anything else.



The online check-in must be considered an essential condition in order to access the property upon your arrival in complete autonomy through the smart lock.



The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, a living area with a 43-inch Smart TV and a PlayStation 4 console, an open kitchen with an indoor dining table, and a fully equipped bathroom. Outside, there is a large private terrace equipped with every amenity, as well as a fantastic pool with a sun deck and a garden furnished with lounge chairs.

- DOUBLE BEDROOM


Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to let you experience a holiday dedicated to rest and tranquility!



Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a large double bed with a very comfortable mattress and double memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up relaxed.



To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a spacious and very cozy wardrobe with drawers and a luggage corner.



The bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the garden
 and that offers a wonderful view of the pool!



A-LED-lighting system with exposed spotlights and a central designer chandelier allows you to create a unique atmosphere.



A 32” smart TV with an adjustable arm for viewing from the bed and a Daikin air conditioner to cool the entire room in just a few minutes are everything you will need to enjoy your evenings at Wolf House - Sirmione Holiday.





- BEDROOM

Every child's dream? Sleeping in a bunk bed!

Our bedroom is the ideal place for resting, studying and playing for Wolf's little friends.

Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed, with a ladder and a bedrail protection for the upper bed, and provided with three comfortable wardrobes, an open dresser, and open shelves. Here you will find on your arrival some toys and a small souvenir to take home with you in memory of your holiday in Wolf's house, the good wolf!





- HALLWAY

Between the bedrooms and the bathroom, you will find, in addition to the washing machine and the dryer, everything you need for cleaning the house, a drying rack and an ironing board.





- BATHROOM

The sanitary facilities consist of a comfortable windowed bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washbasin with drawers, and an illuminated mirror.

- LIVING ROOM

The living area is characterised by minimalist furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by large French windows overlooking the terrace that allow a glimpse of the greenery.



A supremely comfortable, handcrafted Italian three-seater sofa, upholstered in dusty grey fabric with an adjustable headrest, paired with a footstool that can be used as a chaise longue, faces a 43-inch smart TV with internet connectivity, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube, as well as a fantastic PlayStation 4 games console.



We’ve also installed a Daikin air conditioner in the room to cool the entire space in just a few minutes. Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.





- KITCHEN

Essential, modern, elegant.


The space is used at its best with an essential corner composition that develops vertically with wall cabinets arranged to exploit all the available space.



In the center, an elegant extendable glass dining table with comfortable matching black eco-leather armchairs.



The stainless steel sink and the cooktop are integrated into the countertop with a black marble effect.



Equipped with modern and refined design appliances, such as the total no frost refrigerator with black glass doors and LED lights.



All the chromatic choices are made to create a relation of continuity with the kitchen and the rest of the living area, without removing brightness from the ambient and homogeneity from the overall.





- PRIVATE TERRACE

The large private terrace has a surface of about 20 sqm and extends along the entire side of the living room.



Facing West, the entrance, the living area, and the kitchen overlook it, mainly illuminated during the last hours of the day.



Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by fabric awnings.



Very comfortable modular rattan sofas and a round metal dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people are ideal for enjoying unforgettable, relaxing moments accompanied by a wonderful view of the vineyards of Lugana.





- POOL (shared):

Our shared swimming pool is seasonally open from around mid-May to early October, weather permitting.

It is located in the backyard of the residence, easily accessible from the main entrance.

Surrounded by a well-maintained lawn and hedges, you can place sun beds and umbrellas there.

The pool area is fenced, equipped with lifesaving devices, and features a solar shower.



The pool measures 8 by 4 meters, with a depth that gradually increases from 90 cm to 160 cm.



- AIR CONDITIONING AND FANS:

To ensure you have an unforgettable stay, we have fitted the apartment with two Daikin split-system air conditioning units. One is located in the main living area and cools the entire living space, whilst the other is in the master bedroom and cools the entire sleeping area, allowing the doors to remain open.



The whole house cools down very quickly, even on the hottest days.



The main windows are also fitted with mosquito nets to prevent insects from entering from outside.





- SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY:

Technology that helps people live better is certainly not lacking at Wolf House - Sirmione Holiday!



The apartment is equipped with a fantastic smart system that allows you to open the pedestrian gate, the automatic gate and the front door directly from your smartphone!



High-speed fibre-optic internet at 150Mbps is provided by a modern, powerful router!



Winter heating is controlled remotely via a latest-generation Wi-Fi thermostat, whilst cooling is provided by three powerful air conditioning units, also controlled remotely!





- PUBLIC CAR PARK:

The apartment has convenient, spacious free public parking (white lines) outside the residence, near the entrance gate.



Guest Access:

Wolf House offers a very convenient free parking marked with white stripes and located right in front of the flat. The area is very quiet, even during high season.



The nearest beach, "Punta Grò Beach", which can also be reached on foot, is only 500 metres away, while the more famous "Jamaica Beach" is only 5 minutes away by car.



Don't miss a visit to the castle of Sirmione, surrounded by the waters of Lake Garda, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the famous UNESCO heritage town of Peschiera del Garda (2km).



In the centre of Lugana (1km), you will be able to take advantage of all the services, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and much more!



For your children, Wolf House is a real opportunity to visit the popular theme parks of Lake Garda, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, Jungle Adventure Park, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, Parco Acquatico Cavour and Parco Aquatico le Ninfee, and many others, which can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.



For the older ones, instead, if you love pampering and wellness, we are only 5 minutes away from the well-known thermal baths of Sirmione, the Wellness centre "Aquaria". We are also 15 minutes by car from the famous "Terme di Colà" in Lazise and from the "Aquardens" spa in Valpolicella.



For bike lovers, Wolf House is only 150 meters from the bike path that follows the shores of Lake Garda, connecting Sirmione and Peschiera, but also the big cities like Brescia, Verona, Trento, and Mantua. Try the cycle path that starts in Peschiera del Garda, which runs along the river Mincio, and arrives at the wonderful city of Mantua!



Services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies can all be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot.



Wolf House is located 5km from the motorway exits of Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. The Desenzano del Garda motorway exit is 10 km away.



Peschiera del Garda train station, which connects us in about 15 minutes to Verona or Brescia, and in about one hour to Venice and Milan, is just a 5-minute drive away.



The nearest airport is Villafranca Verona -Valerio Catullo: it is only 25 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please, NOTE that in this accommodation ONLY DOGS are admitted; NO OTHER TYPY OF PETS is allowed.



For many years, this was also the home of Wolf, our German shepherd, who lived with us for 16 years, to whom we have decided to dedicate the name of the flat in his memory.



Wolf's four-legged friends are always welcome here, as long as you do your best to keep the place clean and tidy, but also respecting the rules and the other inhabitants of the residence where Wolf House is located.
