Il Fico d`India is a 5-bed vacation home for stays in Upper Salento, in the pretty town of Campi Salentina.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, crib, microwave, coffee maker and electric oven.
In the back, in the small equipped garden, there is also an outdoor shower.

Born
from the complete renovation of a typical Salentine house with vaulted
ceilings, the Fico d`India vacation home is located in the center of
Campi Salentina.
The living area consists of a living room with sofas, TV, table and chairs, and a livable and well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one single. There are, in addition, 2 bathrooms, one of which is complete with shower.
The small back garden is complete with a large outdoor shower and a small laundry corner.
The rooms are air conditioned, except for the living room cooled anyway by the kitchen split.
There are also heaters for low season stays.

Fico
d`India is a vacation home located in the town of Campi Salentina, a
municipality that is part of the association Authentic Villages of
Italy.
Its lovely historic center, its agricultural vocation, its
culture linked to the fascinating figure of Carmelo Bene, make it a
place where you can still breathe the authentic atmosphere of the small
towns of the Upper Salento and Terra d`Arneo.
The house is located
right in front of the place where an important center of oenological
studies linked to the University of Salento will be built.
The
location is perfect for exploring the most beautiful beaches of both the
Ionian and Adriatic seas. Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, in fact, are
about 20 km away, as well as the marinas of Lecce is just 19 to 20 km
away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- The single room has a small window overlooking the corridor.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There are stairs in the garden to access the terrace, but access is prohibited for safety reasons.
- The single bedroom has no windows. 
- Heating in the winter months, from 1st of November to 30th of April, mandatory extra cost of 8 euros per day.
