Having a large family the sleeping situation met our needs for 10. However, there was only a small table to seat 4 people in the breakfast nook and the only other table was outside on a patio- it was raining and cold while we were there, so it was not an option to use. The sitting furniture in the home tended to be more “modern” was low to the floor, deep in the seat, several had no arms. This made it difficult for grandparents to sit and get up from. For location, it was in the middle of all our planned activities and was perfect. Easy to get from one event to the next.I do recommend you be careful entering the home if it has been raining. At the door is a section of tile, but no rug and when you step on the tile with wet shoes, your feet go out from under you. It is a lovely home and I would stay again.

2/10 Terrible

Do not book unless you are ok with a dirty home that’s filled with dead and live bugs/insects. Dust and cob webs in every corner. The host said the house backs up-to farmland so this activity is to par. Well that should have been stated in the listing. What a joke. And they would not honor the refund even after agreeing to it through the mobile app. I would highly recommend staying away from this listing. Falsely advertised. In conclusion, the house was dirty and unsanitary. Has not seen a cleaning in months. Location is inconvenient and in the middle of nowhere. Took hours for the A/C to startup and cool. The list goes on.
