Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse located in the area of Tennis Villas steps from the tennis courts and centrally located to all aspects of the beautiful resort of Casa de Campo. Playa Minitas is a quick 1.5 mile golf cart ride (or walk!) away. The mediterranean village of Altos de Chavón, the marina, and the hotel itself are quick 5-10 minute golf cart rides as well. In Altos de Chavón, you can find many restaurants, bars, shops, and a mini market. Here you will also find an amphitheater, art school, impressive landscaping/gardens, water fountains, and a public swimming pool with incredible views of the Chavón River and Dye Fore golf courses. Altos de Chavón is also home to the #1 top rated restaurant in Casa de Campo, Onno's. Booked reservations will receive a discount on dining at Onno's! La Piazzetta, one of most renowned, longstanding restaurants in this area, offers an exquisite meal for your fine dining needs as well.

The home comes with a full time housekeeper / fabulous cook who works from 9am - 4pm daily, who will also stay to prep & serve dinner when arranged ahead of time, which does require a small fee for her taxi ride home. The housekeeper is included in the price of stay. You and your family have the option to send us a grocery list ahead of time and the villa will be stocked prior to your arrival (and we will try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have). The housekeeper will then prep any meals you wish during your stay - breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Please inquire for our local menu options.

Babysitting recommendations available at request (subject to additional fees). Free high speed WiFi. Crib, Pack n Play, highchair available at your request (subject to fee).

Not included is a $25 resort fee per adult per day charged by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description).

This townhome also includes a large porch with ample seating by our brand new infinity pool with large umbrella and 2 chaise lounges. We have a fully updated kitchen; maids quarters for daily laundry / ironing needs; large living space with a smart TV; surround sound Sonos speaker system throughout the space; full bar and wine cooler; as well as additional dining and lounge area. The front courtyard is home to the brand new BBQ grill and additional patio seating.

We have created a website GoRomana to help make arrangements for any of your golf tee times, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, and restaurant reservations and would be happy to assist in setting these up for you after your booking is confirmed. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and we have access to boat rentals that can be set up for half or full day rentals to visit some of the most prestigious, stunning private islands and beaches the Dominican Republic has to offer.

It was just okay

PROS: Very pretty unit and clean. Good communication with property manager CONS: No air conditioning downstairs- super hot! Only air in bedrooms upstairs and the air in master not as good as other bedrooms. Very poor water pressure in showers! Also, needed to wait 4-5 minutes for hot water to come out. No tissue paper anywhere. No shampoo/conditioner- had to run out to market to purchase (wish I had been told to bring). Front door to the unit fell off it's hinge middle of our stay, so we had to sleep one night without a shut door. Housekeeper fixed it the next morning. Personally, I did not like having a housekeeper there in the house from 8am-3pm- felt super awkward! Place is not big enough for extra person during our stay. Location is not great. Felt quite far from Minutas beach, marina and hotel by golf cart, however Casa de Campo is huge so many inits are probably far from everything. I recommend a car over a golf cart.

Great property

The property was perfect for our family of four. The housekeeper was very nice , only Spanish speaking but we were able to manage through the I -translate app. Casa de Campo overall is a fantastic family vacation destination. The property manager was also very helpful and easy to communicate with when needed.

Great Villa!

We highly recommend renting this Villa. The location is great - centrally located and a 10 min golf cart ride to anywhere on campus. The Villa is very clean and Joanna was great. We absolutely loved getting up every morning and drinking our coffee on the patio. It was extremely peaceful and a great backyard. Beds are big and comfortable. Bedroom air conditioning was great for sleeping. Check in process easy. We loved the decor and layout of the place. Always felt secure and safe. We will definitely come back. Only recommendations for improvement would be more water pressure in the showers.

Amazing Vacation

After reading so many good reviews for this property, we had set our expectations very high. And must say that they were met and exceeded by far. Nathan is a great host with impeccable taste and a strong focus on delivering quality. And while quality may sound like a given in Casa de Campo, it cannot be taken for granted in the Dominican Republic. This is a country with a very inconsistent customer service philosophy and, therefore, always have to do your research up front to avoid misunderstandings. Nathan would add value by helping you navigate it just fine by leveraging his network and local know-how. Highly recommended!

STILL IN LOVE

LOVE THIS SPOT!!!! Nathan and the team are great hosts. Very accommodating as always. Can't say enough. The breeze on the terrace can't be matched. Hangout there all the time and watch TV. Looking to go back soon!!!
