Nestled in the heart of the world-renowned Les Trois Vallées ski area, this exceptional mountain chalet at 1,600 metres sits directly on the piste in the Les Menuires valley. Offering true ski-in/ski-out access and accommodating up to 14 guests, the chalet was completely redesigned at the end of 2025, making it ideal for family holidays, group getaways, and unforgettable alpine escapes.



Spaces Designed for Comfort and Style

Fully reimagined at the close of 2025, this alpine chalet radiates modern elegance, exquisite comfort, and artful design throughout its spacious and thoughtfully curated interiors.



1 Master Suite - designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a king-size bed, a spacious dressing room, and a lavish private bathroom.

2 En-Suite Double Rooms - stylishly furnished for restful stays, each room features a double bed and a private bathroom.

2 Private Family Wings - ideal for families or larger groups, each self-contained wing includes a double bedroom, a bunk room, and a shared bathroom. These spaces provide privacy for parents and children—or friends—while keeping everyone connected.

Living Area - located on the top floor, the spectacular vaulted open-plan living space features large windows that fill the room with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the slopes. With ample seating, a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen, it’s perfect for shared meals, relaxing, and socialising after a day on the mountain. An upstairs TV nook provides a cosy retreat for quiet moments or a playful space for children.

For ultimate fun and relaxation, the chalet includes a cinema room complete with a popcorn machine, PlayStation 5, and Netflix. Every detail of the entertainment spaces is designed to create memorable alpine experiences for guests of all ages.

Step outside and enjoy the alpine scenery to the fullest. The chalet’s spacious terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs, sofas, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the breathtaking slope-side views.

To complete the experience, the outdoor jacuzzi located on the ground floor comfortably seats eight and features integrated Bluetooth speakers—ideal for unwinding while taking in the mountains after a day on the slopes. Together, the terrace and jacuzzi create a luxurious outdoor retreat where guests can relax, socialise, and immerse themselves in the beauty of the Alps.

Perfectly positioned at nearly 1,600 m above sea level, Cinq Petits Pas offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Located right on a blue run, with snow cannons ensuring reliable coverage, it’s the perfect base to make the most of your time on the slopes. Whether you’re chasing fresh powder or enjoying the après-ski scene, this chalet puts you at the heart of your alpine adventure.



The house also have two underground garages for parking, with additional overflow parking available just a short and level walk away at the Le Bettex ski lift car park.

A few things that we love about the chalet that we hope you might enjoy too:

The village

We love the beautiful village it is located in, with the picturesque river running through it (and a little playground if the weather is suitable). It is situated between the beautiful village of St Martin de Belleville, with its lovely restaurants, and Les Menuires with its shops, sporting amenities and lively apres-ski. Both are a 5min drive.

Skiing

The proximity to the piste (we're on it) and a minute's ski to the le Bettex lift. The chalet is situated at the bottom of a blue run with snow-cannons making it snow-sure for the whole season.

The space

We have 5 children ranging from 4-24 years old! We wanted to build a chalet that accommodated everyone's needs, giving everyone their own space whilst still being wonderfully inviting and having large living areas for everyone to get together to create special memories.
