Accommodation
Located right on the beach, surrounded by nature, and featuring a private beach, this private property offers an intimate and comfortable retreat for groups of up to 12 people. Designed for relaxation, peaceful togetherness, and connection with the surroundings, the house features spacious common areas, a private pool, and direct access by road.

It features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and a deck-style balcony; two of them can accommodate five people, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed for two. All areas are thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing stay.

The kitchen is spacious, practical, and fully equipped (except for an oven), with an indoor dining area for 10 people and an additional outdoor table for 4 by the pool. The social area includes a barbecue space and Starlink as the primary internet service.

For an even more special experience, you can opt for daily cooking and cleaning services, as well as direct access to local suppliers of fresh seafood. You can also arrange a private boat ride from the house, travelling through a canal surrounded by mangroves where you’ll see various species of fish and even leatherback turtles until you reach El Paredón: a magical experience lasting about 30 minutes.

Important house rules:
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• No events or parties allowed.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Guests or people not included in the reservation are not permitted.
• The use of glass cups or bottles around the pool is not permitted. If glass shards are found in the pool, a fine of Q3,000 will be imposed.
• Weapons of any kind or illegal substances are prohibited.
• When you check out, please make sure all air conditioners are turned off.

Recommendations:
• At dusk, close the windows to keep mosquitoes out; they are attracted to the light from lamps.
• Carefully read the recommendations regarding safe times to go in the ocean; these are on the dining room table.
