About this property
Split-level Warehouse Conversion with gym equipment. Kings X Camden Regents Park
Bright, spacious Camden home • excellent transport links • pets welcome
Welcome to a light-filled, open-plan warehouse conversion home in Mornington Crescent, Camden. A basic, but comfortable and well-equipped, well-connected base for exploring London on foot, by tube or bus.
Set over two floors (ground & first floor), the generous open-plan space has excellent natural light, and a relaxed, lived-in feel. It’s an entire home with self check-in, ideal for couples, friends, or small families who value space and location.
Sleeping & layout (sleeps up to 4)
The upstairs sleeping arrangement is open-plan. I'm very transparent about this so it suits the right guests:
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed with a new Otty hybrid mattress, fully partitioned by two large wardrobes and a curtain, creating a self-contained bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: Full-size double sofa bed with a sprung mattress and mattress topper, located next to the upstairs living area and partitioned by a voile curtain. This sleeping space sits next to the shared upstairs bathroom and laundry area, it is not a fully enclosed bedroom.
There is an additional main sofa, so the sofa bed is dedicated as a sleeping space.
Beds are set up for comfort, with:
• Egyptian cotton bed linen
• Feather & down duvets
• A choice of pillows (feather, “soft as down” synthetic, and memory foam)
Bathrooms
• Upstairs: Shower cubicle, toilet and basin
• Downstairs: Toilet and basin
Living, kitchen & amenities
• Open-plan living with excellent natural light
• Full but basic kitchen with oven, hob, air fryer and fridge/freezer
• Washing machine
• Wi-Fi
• No TV, however there is a basic smart projector available with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps installed, or you can cast from your phone to the projector
Exercise equipment:
The ground floor includes a small rehab / physical-therapy style training area, suitable for light to moderate training. Equipment includes:
• Barbell and weight plates
• Bench
• Plate-loaded cable machine
• Pull-up bar, gymnastics rings, TRX
• Aerial silk / sling with rigging point (ceiling height 2.9m)
• Swiss ball
• Massage tools
• Portable treatment table (stored away when not in use)
