Casa Buonarroti is located in a quiet area of Arenzano, and is equally close to both the sea and the town center, both reachable on foot in a few minutes. You will find shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, as well as the bustling waterfront and the Figoli park, which offers countless entertainment shows on summer evenings .
The space
The 90 m² house is located on the second floor with an elevator. Inside the spacious apartment you will find a large entrance that will lead you to a kitchen complete with all the accessories and also to the dishwasher, a living room with leather sofa and armchairs and TV, to a double bedroom and another with two single beds. The bathroom with shower has a washing machine. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included. The house has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
Free parking on the street or for a fee in blue areas.
Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi may be available upon request .
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
