The house has recently been adapted with the aim of offering guests an entirely dedicated space: a private outdoor area and a large convivial environment on the ground floor, perfect for organizing lunches and dinners all together.
The apartment is located on the second floor, and consists of a kitchen, a full bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a single sofa bed.
The house is located just 50 meters from the center of Barzio, with all services easily accessible on foot.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
