The Space:

Indoor living: Modern, spacious interiors spread across three villas. Open-plan living areas with comfortable seating, Smart TVs, indoor and outdoor sound system, and air-conditioning throughout. Fully equipped kitchens include oven and hob, dishwasher, espresso and coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, and ample dining areas. Additional features include underfloor heating, safe boxes, mosquito nets, alarm system, and power generator.



Outdoor living: Three private swimming pools (two with jacuzzi jets), sun loungers, shaded outdoor dining areas, pool bar, gas BBQ, outdoor heated jacuzzi, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, and panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea.

The estate accommodates 22 guests in 11 bedrooms across three villas.



Bedrooms are arranged to comfortably sleep two guests each.



All bedrooms are air-conditioned and designed with modern furnishings.

Accessibility:

The estate spans multiple levels across three villas and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire estate, including all three villas, private pools, jacuzzi, gym, gardens, BBQ areas, and parking facilities. There are no shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Ftelia, Mykonos, the estate enjoys a peaceful setting with quick access to lively hotspots. Alemagou Beach Bar is just minutes away, while Mykonos Town, beaches, and restaurants are a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for convenience. Private parking is available on-site, including a garage. Arrival transfers can be arranged, and concierge services can assist with car rentals and local transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Climate Resilience Tax: A government Climate Resilience Tax applies and is paid directly at the villa: up to €15 per villa per night from April to October, and €2–€4 per villa per night from November to March.



Pool heating: Private pool heating is available upon request for an extra charge.



House rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Pets are allowed upon request.



Check-in/out: Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
