Welcome to **Villa Fuerte**, a luxury retreat nestled in a lush green village of Chania, Crete. Spanning three levels and designed to accommodate up to 18 guests in beds (plus 2 more with extra arrangements), the villa blends space, privacy, and comfort—making it ideal for families and large groups.

**Ground Floor:**

The bright, open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art induction cooker and Nespresso machine, a dining area for 10 guests, and a spacious living room with 43” satellite TV and an energy fireplace. Large shutter doors flood the area with natural light and open out to the pool terrace. Three bedrooms are located on this level:

– One with two single beds (convertible to a double),

– One with a king-size bed and ensuite shower,

– One with two double beds (one in an indoor attic).

A guest WC and a family bathroom with bathtub complete the floor.

**First Floor:**

The master suite features a king-size bed, private terrace, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower—offering panoramic views of the Cretan landscape.

**Basement:**

This level includes a king-size bedroom and a unique indoor playroom with six single beds and a wooden slide—perfect for kids. There’s also a bathroom on this floor.

**Outdoor Area:**

The villa sits on a 2,000 sqm plot with a **50 sqm private swimming pool** (heatable upon request at €90/day), surrounded by sunbeds, shaded sofas, and uninterrupted views of the snowcapped mountains (visible until June). The landscaped garden includes a treehouse, trampoline, slide, table tennis, and small football court—offering endless fun for children. An outdoor dining area and BBQ setup are also available.

**Additional Features:**

Guests benefit from **private off-road parking**, **airport shuttle services**, **mini vans**, and **room service every 3–4 days**. The peaceful location provides a rural charm while keeping you close to the coast and town.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.

The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.



Prices are set for up to 10 guests.

After the 10th, there is a fee of €50 per guest per night.

Heating cost of the pool is charged additionally: 80€ / day.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
