This 50 square meters apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator in a residential area, absolutely perfect for couples looking for good days out in Cascais, with all the main attractions a few minutes away. It's an old building, and as such, it exhibits some typical features of its age, such as an outdated plumbing system and poor soundproofing. Therefore, we recommend ventilating the spaces regularly during your stay.

The living area has a sofa-bed (suitable only for children or teenagers up to 1,60m of height), flat screen TV, desk, ar conditioning and balcony with table for 2 people with an incredible ocean view.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

The apartment has a full bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

Just 30 minutes outside Lisbon, the refined seaside ambience of the Cascais Bay has a lot to offer: culture, nature, cuisine and numerous beaches where you can just relax. The area is particularly well-known for water sports and for the amazing golf courses that can be enjoyed during almost the entire year, thanks to Cascais sunny weather.

Near Cascais is the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a lush redoubt well worth a visit, as is the Boca do Inferno, where the sea batters the coast in a spectacular manner.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, the best way is by car. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
