Located in a quiet neighbourhood, its airy open space plan features a fully equipped kitchen, secured parking for at least two vehicles and guest parking. Only 7 minutes from the Ato Bolden Stadium, Aquatic Center, Cycling Dome and Cricket facility. 8 minutes from the Solomon Hochoy highway, for easy access to the cities, beaches, restaurants, shopping malls and other places of interest.

The space
A beautiful family home in a central location that offers privacy and convenience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood it features a blend of contemporary, industrial and rustic furnishing with all the necessary amenities.

The house is fully air conditioned with a well equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living and dining area with seating for 12, laundry, high speed wireless internet, secured parking for at least two vehicles and guest parking. Three bedrooms feature 4 beds that comfortably sleep 8 guests and 2 queen sized air-mattresses are available to accommodate an additional 2 to 4 guests if so desired.

Guest access
Guests will receive keys to the house and a remote for the gate.

The entire house is yours for your use.
