The Space:
Set directly opposite the golden sands of Porth Beach, this beautifully presented three-bedroom apartment enjoys stunning views across the beach and out to sea. Designed to a high specification throughout, the apartment offers a luxurious yet relaxed coastal retreat, finished with contemporary furnishings and high-quality fixtures.
The heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a coffee machine, while the living area features a smart TV for cosy evenings in.
The master bedroom boasts a superking bed, a stylish ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and its own balcony complete with a second table and chair set overlooking the sea – an ideal spot for a peaceful morning coffee.
A second superking bedroom is equally comfortable and can be made up as a twin (on request). While the third bedroom is a single room with a desk, ideal for anyone needing a quiet workspace. The single room daybed also has a single pullout (available on request). It's positioned right next to the other single, so it's best suited for children. These two rooms share a modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious waterfall head.
Families are well catered for with a travel cot and children’s dinnerware provided. Practical touches include one allocated private parking space, with a second available on a first-come, first-served basis, plus access to an on-site EV charger (fees apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of £30/dog.

This apartment in Porth is perfectly located for a classic seaside break, with an abundance of coastal activities right outside your door. Porth Beach is a long, sandy stretch that’s ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and relaxed family beach days, while low tide reveals rock pools waiting to be explored.
A great selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants lines the back of the beach, all just moments away. The Mermaid Inn, set directly on the sand, is a favourite for easy-going family meals and sunset drinks. You’ll also find several other bars and pubs nearby, while Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace offer more refined dining options. Roo’s Coffee is perfect for takeaway drinks and snacks, and in spring and summer, a stone-baked pizza van often appears close by.
The South West Coast Path passes through Porth, offering spectacular clifftop walks with far-reaching views towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a shorter stroll, cross the footbridge to Porth Island for panoramic sea views and a peaceful spot to enjoy the evening light.
Newquay is only a short drive or scenic coastal walk away, home to famous surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, family attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, and a wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants.

For those driving, we offer one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for your use (charges apply).
