Inside, the apartment offers a modern, bright, and functional style. The living-dining room with an open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Smart TV and dining area. For the third person, the living room has a single sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, and microwave, designed for a worry-free stay.



The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, ideal for a restful rest. The independent bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. Crib available upon request, ideal for those traveling with a baby.



Free street parking, a few meters from the accommodation, facilitates mobility throughout the stay.



Güímar is a very charming locality, located on the eastern slope of Tenerife, known for its tranquility and natural environment. It is an excellent starting point for hiking routes through the Güímar Valley and trails that connect with the Forest Crown, ideal for nature lovers.



On the coast you will find volcanic sand beaches, such as Playa del Socorro, highly appreciated by surfers and those looking for less crowded beaches.



The capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is located about 25 km away, where you can enjoy cultural, gastronomic, and commercial offerings.



If you want to explore the south of the island, Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas are approximately 45 km away, with light sandy beaches, leisure, and water activities.
