The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with an elevator. Being an old building, it has its own peculiarities, such as an outdated plumbing system and a small-sized elevator.
Although it is located in one of the most central and bustling areas of Lisbon, the apartment is on a very quiet street. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within walking distance.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms. One is a suite with a queen-size bed and the other has a single bed (convertible into 2 single beds). Both with air conditioning.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with just a shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table for 4 people.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please provide us with your flight number and the expected arrival time at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. This information is crucial for our team's coordination and to provide you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is essential.

￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional towel changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will be applied in case of key loss.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
