Crumlin is a well-established residential neighbourhood in southwest Dublin, known for its strong sense of community and local character. It features tree-lined streets, parks like Eamonn Ceannt Park, and a mix of traditional family homes and newer developments. The area has good local amenities, schools, and sports clubs, and is well connected to the city centre by bus and nearby Luas stops. While mostly quiet and suburban, Crumlin is close to major attractions such as Kilmainham Gaol and the Guinness Storehouse, making it a convenient base within Dublin.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Rutland Avenue (line 150), is just a 3-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner
