Bedroom 1 & 3 have 2 x single beds and bedroom 2 & 4 have a double bed in each.

Step into a welcoming hallway leading to a spacious bay‑fronted lounge, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring or working, large SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining area is well equipped with a dining table that can seat up 4 people, perfect for an evening meal. The house also benefits from a breakfast bar with space for 2 more people to dine.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed whilst away in Greater Manchester, complete with a central island, integrated appliances, and sleek finishes—perfect for cooking and entertaining.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one large upstairs bathroom in the property, equipped with a freestanding bath and separate shower. There is an en-suite shower room to bedroom 4 and a separate downstairs WC. All include shower gel, shampoo and towels for each person are provided.
PARKING:
The property benefits from FREE Parking right outside on private drive and neighbouring roads.

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
