5. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
7. Adhere to check-in and check-out timings
8. All guests are responsible to respect the property and keep it clean throughout their stay.. Any damages and breaches of house rules, missing/damaged items will incur additional charges. This includes a £150 fee for lost keys and a £50 fee for lockout assistance. The property manager reserves the right to assess and determine damage fees in line with Airbnb policies.
Exclusive Add-ons:
1. We offer housekeeping services with change of linen on additional fee for short stays
2. We offer early check-ins and late check-out on additional fee and subject to availability fort short stays
