Nestled in the village of Gamblesby, Hill Top Farm is the perfect getaway for family or friends wanting to explore Cumbria, with all the home comforts and modern appliances to make your stay perfect.
Entering Hill Top Farm, you are welcomed by the cosy sitting room, boasting a wood burning stove situated within an exposed brick fireplace. Leading off from the sitting room there is a separate snug, perfect for those who wish to enjoy some quiet time with a book. The sitting room continues into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, providing all the appliances you would need to create delicious home cooked meals. Leading on from the kitchen, you enter the porch, the place for your walking boots or wellington boots after a day exploring the beautiful countryside. There is also a useful utility room with a washer/dryer.
Also on the ground floor there is a wet room, specifically designed for guests with limited mobility - with a chair within the shower, and grab rails either side of the WC.
Next to the staircase, there is also a useful wheelchair lift, to help guests to get to the first floor.
On the first floor, there are two well-appointed bedrooms and a family shower room. Both bedrooms enjoy 5' king-size beds, along with wardrobe and drawer space. The family shower room is spacious, with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin, and WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy the warmer months on the patio, and enjoy the countryside views.
Set within Cumbria, Hill Top Farm offers guests the chance to experience rural living at its finest. You can slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the Cumbrian landscape.
