Ground floor: Large living room, table tennis table, table football. Fridge, toilet, laundry room with washing machine. Direct access to the outside, facing the swimming pool.

First floor: Living room with fireplace, dining room. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Covered terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower.

Second floor: 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds for 2 people. Bathroom with shower. Bathroom with bathtub. Terrace.
