Isolated farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, located on a 68,000 m2 estate, 3 minutes from the small village of Les Pobles, and well connected to the city of Tarragona (20 minutes by car) and 1 hour 30 minutes from Barcelona. It combines spacious outdoor areas with pleasant terraces.

Distributed over 3 floors:

Ground floor: Large living room, table tennis table, table football. Fridge, toilet, laundry room with washing machine. Direct access to the outside, facing the swimming pool.

First floor: Living room with fireplace, dining room. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Covered terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower.

Second floor: 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds for 2 people. Bathroom with shower. Bathroom with bathtub. Terrace.

Private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m). Private barbecue.
