Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the spacious,
open-plan design of the space with large sliding doors opening to the
balcony, bathing the property in an abundance of natural light. The
kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a
comfortable self-catering stay, including a front-loader washing
machine and a dishwasher for added convenience.

The dining space features a wooden dining bench set that adds a warm
and practical touch to the space, while the living room offers guests a
cosy, coastal-inspired area including a comfortable sofa, a matching
armchair, a coffee table, and a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen
television with Wi-Fi access available throughout the property,
creating the perfect spot for entertainment and relaxation.

The bedroom is calm and inviting, styled in soft neutrals, making the
space look bright and soothing. The room is fitted with a ceiling fan,
a comfy queen-size bed with nightstands on either side, and natural
light flows in from the large windows. The bathroom includes a
washbasin with vanity, a bathroom cabinet, a spacious corner shower,
and a toilet. Linen and towels are included with your stay.

The estate provides easy access to and from the town’s amenities and
features top-notch security with camera surveillance, world-class
guards, and biometric gate access. There’s an on-site laundromat open
daily at reasonable rates, a dedicated covered parking space, and a

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
