We loved our stay. There was an initial issue with the plumbing at the property (before check in) so we were iffered another property which was just as great. I appreciated the care that the host offered. Also, when I thought that I locked myself out of the apartment, they were quick to rush over and let me in.

Verbesserungspotenzial in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und AusstattungPositiv:- Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war gut und bot ausreichend Platz für vier Leute.- Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral, bot einen schönen Blick und das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß erreichbar.- Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos.Verbesserungswürdig:- In Bezug auf die Sauberkeit gab es Mängel. Es war etwas staubig und in den Schränken fanden sich Haare, abgelaufene Kosmetikprodukte und gebrauchte Bürsten.- Der Zustand der Wohnung war reparaturbedürftig: Eine Haustürklinke war lose und ein Fenster sowie dessen Fensterläden ließen sich nicht öffnen, da Griffe fehlten.- Entgegen der Beschreibung in der Anzeige war kein WiFi verfügbar. Wir haben diesbezüglich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen, aber keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten.
