You’ll have full access to the entire one-bedroom basement suite, all to yourself for complete privacy. Enjoy your own separate entrance, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted stay. The suite includes a cozy living area, well-equipped wet bar, private bedroom, and full bathroom, all exclusively for your use. Other things to note
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• No smoking is permitted inside the suite.
• The suite comfortably accommodates 2–3 guests.
• Please avoid cooking at the wet bar area.
• To prevent power issues, please avoid using multiple high-power appliances (e.g., microwave and coffee maker) at the same time.
• After booking, you will receive a secure deadbolt access code for easy, contactless entry.
• To help keep the space clean, we kindly ask that shoes be removed and placed on the shoe rack by the entrance. A stool is provided for convenience.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested in advance; approved extensions are at an additional fee per hour
• Laundry service is available for guests staying 4+ days, coordinated at a time that works for your schedule—one of the ways we make your stay easy and hassle-free.
