About this property
Cosy Cottage close to Pateley Bridge & Yorkshire Dales with EV charger
My cottage with garden and patio is perfect for a family of up to 6 people, or for a couple for a quiet time away. It is situated in a peaceful location near to Pateley Bridge. The dramatic Brimham rocks are close by. Also How Stean gorge, Stump cross caverns, Lightwater valley, There are local child friendly farms nearby, excellent 'Playgrounds' for all ages. There is a superb Llama farm where people of all ages can trek with llamas . There is a family friendly Pub 20 minutes walk away. Easy access to the coast and the Yorkshire dales . Local amenities comprise of a general store and the excellent 'The Firs' cafe.
The area is brilliant for road and MTB routes and numerous walking routes including the Nidderdale trail which can be accessed from the cottage.
The space The house has three bedrooms available to use, one with a king size bed and wardrobes and another with single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed. Ideal potentially for six guests.
There is a new luxury bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk in shower, bath and a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is spacious with full facilities and cooking utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a conservatory, a nice sun trap which I must admit we spend quite a bit of time in ourselves. For those warm evenings there is a patio to sit out, enjoy a drink and listen to the bird song.
Finally, there is a double garage with an electric door to hold one car, bicycles or motorbikes. This leads to under cover access to the house. Additional parking for two other cars outside garage. There is a 7Kw EV charger available in the garage by arrangement with Tim. I have a selection of books which are for my 'Book club' So please feel free to participate on a one in one out basis. :)
There is also a selection of hand crafted wooden bowls and vases all turned by Tim which are available for sale, perfect gifts to take home with you.

Other things to note My house is a traditional victorian terrace with several steep staircases, therefore may not be suitable for toddlers . Additionally, there is no step free access to the kitchen extension. Very sorry no pets.
