nice place but gate sticks

The gate sticks and takes a few minutes to open. The free parking on Caroline St was not a problem for the most part. The location is excellent. The door code to get into the condo ends with an *. It took a few minutes to figure that out as well. The sheets & bed were warn out. Bathroom and decor was excellent.

Cozy and efficient

A lot packed very efficiently into a small space. Very clean. Very comfy bed. Located on the quiet end of Duval where we like to stay. We were impressed that they provided a recycling container and liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Great storage for clothing, etc. A kitchenette was new for us, having always stayed at B&Bs before. The stove eyes worked only intermittently, so there was a maintenance issue (we boiled water for tea each morning), but that's an easy fix.

Great little spot!

The room was perfect for our weekend getaway! Clean and central. The guest service was very attentive.

Comfy bed

The bed was comfortable and the location perfect. The listing said the room had a balcony, which it didn't, so that was disappointing. And the kitchen was really too small to do any cooking.

Great Place

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. One small issue that was taken care of right away. It was very relaxing, the only issue is there is no place to sit outside. But we knew that before booking. Cute small and comfortable.
