Velanos Villa’s minimal interior design fulfills guests’ need for relaxation and refined comfort. The bright main living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the dining area enjoy direct access to the exterior lounge areas and the swimming pool. A second cozy living room with an additional open-plan kitchen is located in the guest house on the lower ground floor, offering extra privacy and flexibility for larger groups or families.
Surrounded by rocky hills and fragrant Mediterranean herbs, Velanos Villa fully embraces the true spirit of Greek summer living. An elegant infinity pool, accompanied by expansive terraces furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, invites guests to bask in the Greek sun, while shaded pergolas provide refreshing relief throughout the day.

At check-out, guests are required to hand over the house keys and the entrance remote control to the villa manager. In case of loss or failure to return them, an additional replacement fee will apply.

€2,000 refundable security deposit in cash required at check-in, fully refunded at check-out if no damage or loss occurs.
Housekeeping service is provided every third day. Washing machine use is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and for the protection of their personal belongings throughout their stay at the villa.
