Villa Aroeira II is a charming vacation home situated on the Aroeira Golf Course, designed to maximize sunlight exposure with its strategic angled position. Its U-shaped architecture allows for a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, perfect for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The outdoor dining area is located just beside the heated pool, creating the perfect atmosphere for an enjoyable meal with family and friends. One of the lower floor bedrooms provides a unique view of the pool, making it a favourite among kids and ideal for fun photo opportunities.



The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms, and another bathroom. The mezzanine offers a convenient working space.



The lower floor features two twin bedrooms, a passage room with two additional single beds, and two bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning is available throughout the home, except in the kitchen.
