This apartment is situated in a great location and is just a short walk from different attractions.

The stylish living room features a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a sleeping area that is fitted with a double bed, lined with hotel-quality linens giving you a perfect night of sleep, and plenty of storage room. The space includes a floor-to-ceiling window that leads onto a furnished balcony that will help you relax and breathe fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a coffee machine. You will find a folded dining table enough to accommodate two at your disposal. - Ironing equipment is also available for you to freshen up your clothes whenever you need to.

And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The Luís I Bridge, which spans the Douro River, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city and offers stunning views of the river and Porto's skyline. The Livraria Lello, one of the oldest and most famous bookstores in Portugal, is also located on Avenida De Rodrigues De Freitas 391. The Abadia do Porto, a restaurant and bar located in an old Abbey is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The Galeria De Paris, a shopping centre located on the street, is also a popular destination for shoppers looking for designer brands and luxury items.

This apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from São Bento Station and Bolhão. It's the perfect base for exploring Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
