We didn't receive check in details until about 20 minutes before we were due to check in. Noone was answering any messages we sent asking about check in. The cleaner was still there when we turned up. They had only prepared one bed even though I stated 2 on the form. The place had not been cleaned properly. There were long black hairs on the bedroom floor and in the bathroom. The cupboard in the kitchen smelt terrible with a dirty cloth left in there. There were also a number of flies and we got bitten by a mosquito which was in the apartment. There was a blood stain on one of the pillows. The location was good with plenty of restaurants around. There was a supermarket round the corner. There are some very steep steps to climb to the apartment which it doesnt mention. Apart from that everything else was ok.
