Penthouse apartment is an 80m2 largepenthouse on the second floor of the villa, which can accommodate 7 guests in 3bedrooms with double beds. The master’s bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional bathroom with a shower and all other bathroom necessities. Themodern kitchenis fully equipped. The dining room are is furnished with a sleek wooden table, where 8 people can be sat at, while the chic living room with blue and grey tones brings the nautical outdoor vibe indoors. The living room has a sofa bed, where one guest can sleep at. Huge sliding doors from the living room and dining room lead to a spacious balcony furnished with garden furniture and lounging chairs with the most beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Fresca occupies 700m2 of space and provides its guestsa BBQ area, where cooking enthusiasts can bring their culinary skills on another level. Additionally, guests who arrive by car will have a parking spot on the property of Villa Fresca.
In addition to the perfect location for a vacation in Croatia, Villa Fresca has an interesting backstory – the villa was built on an archeological finding. On the exact place, there was a Roman villa from the 1st century, whose remains can still be seen in the sea in front of the Villa Fresca. Furthermore, there is a well-preserved mosaic of the old Roman villa on the ground floor of the villa. Villa Fresca with its amazing view of the sea and cultural significance is an ideal choice for a luxurious vacation on the Croatian coast.Apartments Fresca F1, F2 and F3 share a washing machine located in the common room.

Being the home of the largest marina on the Croatian coastline –D-Marin Dalmatia– owns of speedboats, yachts and boats will have no problems parking their vehicles and having quick access to them. Furthermore, Bibinje offers the chance for an active vacation, as there are many hiking and cycling trails as well as conditions forwindsurfing. In addition to many activities in Bibinje, Bibinje is a great starting point for the exploration of the surrounding area. Only 6km away form Bibinje is Zadar, a historic city where the ancient is combined with the modern. Moreover, many islands such asPag, Vir and Ugljanare in the vicinity of Bibinje. For a proper exploration of the surrounding area, we strongly recommend a one-day trip from Zadar, where you will be provided with a guide, transportation and meals.
