Lovely holiday home in a cosy cottage area only approx. 350 metres from Høll Beach – with a large conservatory and covered terrace.



This charming holiday home offers 100 m² of living space plus a 20 m² conservatory. The house features an entrance hall with a washing machine and freezer. There are three spacious bedrooms with new quality beds and blackout curtains.



The bright living room includes a new wood-burning stove, heat pump and dining area, and is open-plan with a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a neat, bright bathroom with a shower enclosure and underfloor heating.



You can enjoy the sun from one of the house’s two covered terraces. Both are furnished and overlook the pleasant garden. The house is situated on a closed plot with space for three cars in the driveway.



The holiday home is located in Høl at the mouth of Vejle Fjord and offers a lovely sandy beach and beautiful natural surroundings. Høl is close to both Fredericia and Vejle, where you can enjoy shopping and visit several exciting attractions. If you are travelling with children, the charming Skærup Zoo is well worth a visit. Givskud Zoo and Legoland are approximately 40 km from the house.
