Inside, the 52 m² apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, a bright living area with a spacious sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, a kettle, and an espresso machine. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower along with towels, soap, and shampoo. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler activated by a switch about 20 minutes before showering. The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, a smart TV with access to guests’ own Netflix account, a hair dryer, irons, and essential linens.
