Our flat on the first floor is located in a residence with a shared outdoor pool, lift and custodian, only 50mt from the beach. The flat features a furnished terrace, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. One uncovered and numbered parking space is included.
