The accommodation is ideal for families or small groups, with a capacity for five people, and combines comfort, functionality and a welcoming atmosphere.



The apartment is laid out on one single floor and features a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The living room has a sofa and TV, and provides direct access to a pleasant sea-view terrace furnished for outdoor enjoyment. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort all year round.



It has two well-separated bedrooms: a suite-style bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with bunk beds made up of two single beds, ideal for children or young guests. Both bedrooms have access to an interior patio that provides natural light and ventilation. The apartment also has a second full bathroom with shower located in the hallway.



On the building’s rooftop there is a communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. The apartment also includes a parking space in the same building, a highly appreciated feature in the old town of L’Escala.
