Lovely three-bedroom, three bathroom condo in Fraser with great views of Byers Peak and the Continental Divide. Complex is located on the ski bus route, providing easy access to downtown Winter Park and the Winter Park / Mary Jane ski area.

Condo is perfect for families or couples looking for a mountain getaway! The master bedroom and guest bedroom feature queen size beds, while the study has a children’s bunk bed (not suitable for adults or large children).

Property is kept very clean (reference guest comments for confirmation) and, upon request, will be left unoccupied for up to 72 hours for guests concerned about potential exposure to COVID-19.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living / dining room and features granite tile counter tops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a full size stacked washer and dryer.

Two patios offer mountain views and are perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or happy hour.

Great, airy spacious condo

Much better, lighter and more spacious than appears in the pictures. Nice sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Super nice to have an extra 1/2 bath. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great location & roomy for a family of 4

Stayed at this property over Presidents Day Weekend. Was easy to get back and forth to Winter Park to ski. I think the property is nicer than it looks online - it's bright & spacious for 4 and has some really nice views. Thought from the listing there hot tub access, but they were removed due to Covid. Totally get it - but good to note!
