Two-level flat situated in a residence with a shared swimming pool and garden. The ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, a single bedroom, and a patio overlooking the private garden (not fenced). The 1st floor is composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony. It comes with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 1km, guests have access to a beach shuttle service.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.
