The space
A cozy 26.52 sqm. Beautifully decorated for my guest comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Balcony facing Makati Skyline, vibrant scenery in the morning and relaxing view at night.

Guest can have access to the swimming pool with a 150 pesos charges each. Pool I open from 6AM to 6PM everyday except Monday

Other things to note
Important Note:

1. At the Main Breaker Panel Directory please make sure that the
"RANGE/RANGE HOOD" is switch down when not in use as the flat burner button is so sensitive.
2. Using the washing machine, Turn the red water handle to the right first for water supply.
Please do not overload. hang clothes in the drying rack in the balcony, not in balcony railings.
3. When using the shower run and test the water first to make sure it's not too hot.
