Located at Delpratsingel, this modern studio apartment offers a comfortable and fully equipped stay for up to two guests, perfect for business travel, couples, or extended visits in Breda. The property features a private kitchen with an induction stove, built-in fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and heating, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The beds can be arranged as one double bed or two separate single beds to suit your preference.

For drinks and social evenings, spots like Beers & Barrels - Breda and Bobbi’s Bar are popular choices.

Grocery shopping is convenient: SPAR is just around the corner for daily essentials, and larger supermarkets like AH Anna van Burenstraat and AH Oude Vest are a short stroll away for full grocery runs.

This 35 m² studio offers a bright and functional open layout designed for comfort and convenience. The space is suitable for 1–2 guests and includes a sleeping area with flexible beds, a dining table, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. The studio also features a fully equipped private kitchen with an induction cooktop, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals during your stay in Breda.

The property is conveniently located near public transportation and main roads. Breda’s train and bus connections are easily accessible, making travel within the city and to other Dutch destinations simple and efficient.

Paid street parking is available in the area. Rates are around €2.70 per hour depending on the zone.

Large parking garage about a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.
Approximate price around €2.35 per hour with a maximum of about €14 per day.

P+R Prinsenbeek – Free parking
You can park your car for free at P+R Prinsenbeek. From there you can take the train to Breda Central Station. The train ride takes about 5 minutes. The bus also goes to Breda Central Station and takes about 18 minutes. From the station it is a short walk to the accommodation.
