One of the few units in the 7 Lakes community that provides both a private green-space off the patio and also the delight of being on the fairway. Literally 20 steps from private 1 car parking, 35 steps to the pool and spa tub, and 5 minutes walk to the full-service Restaurant/Club House/Pro-shop. Quiet but also in the hub of fun living. A quick 10 minute walk to the neighboring "Parker Hotel" which is a great place to meets friends for drinks or people watching as the annual Palm Springs Film Festival parties host the LA celebrities. As a Canadian, getting away to warmer climes was essential. I am fortunate to now call Palm Springs my permanent home.
I am an onsite owner just 2 homes over from Hopeful. If there ever is an issue or problem, it gets resolved quickly by me or my husband.

Why they chose this property
Why ??? So very many reasons.
The views are spectacular - the sunrises and sunsets are truly breathtaking. The architecture is unique and the city really supports it with 2 "Mid-Century Modernism Weeks".
Hopeful, as we call the property, (partly because of the view of Bob Hope's home above and partly because we bought in 2008 - when financial disarray was everywhere). We knew it would all work out and were hopeful - and it did thankfully for us.
So, Hopeful has a serenity that settles you once you arrive and inspires you each and every day.
I put a lot of thought into the contents and feel of Hopeful - be that the artwork or the kitchen supplies. It really does feel much more so like you're visiting a relative as it's comforts are there.
