The Astarte experience was born in 2013 with our first luxury property in Maxairado Village. From that day forward, we expanded throughout this beautiful island!

Today’s portfolio spans Tsilivi Resort, Alykes & Vasilikos Resorts, Vanato, Akrotiri, Argassi, Volimes and Maxairado areas!

Our thoughtfully designed and picked up villas provide windows into the genuine modern character of each resort.

Inside and outside each property, travelers engage with the places, people and stories that make the destination like nowhere else in the world.

Guests curate a lifetime of memories through personal experiences, as Astarte opens doors and enables journeys of adventure and indulgence.

The north of the island is mountainous with numerous rural villages and monasteries between pine forests and rocky beaches.

The Shipwreck beach, the most renown attraction of the island, can also be found on this side of the island.

The blue caves are also in the near vicinity and is another highlight that you shouldn’t miss. In the south coastal villages sandy and accessible beaches create a completely different picture.

Here you can find the bustling capital, Zakynthos town, which was destroyed by a devastating earthquake and a fire that followed right after.

Following that catastrophic event, the town has been rebuilt to resemble as faithfully as possible it’s former Venetian architecture.

Last but not least in our neighbourhood, Porto Roma, you will discover a pristine way of life with plenty of vegetation and flora, making it an exceptional landscape to relish your holidays while you are listening to cicadas’ songs and being refreshed by the summer breeze.

Porto Roma is in the region of Vasilikos, where you can find the picturerisque beach of Gerakas. Gerakas is also part of the environmentally protected area Natura 2000 in Zakynthos, which is the home of monk seals and sea turtles during their nesting period. If you can’t help but be active during your holidays there are also many hiking routes in Skopos.

Skopos is the only mountain in the area and in Ancient Greece it was dedicated to the godess Artemis. In the area you can also buy hand-made rugs, pottery or try an ouzo in one of the tavernas serving delicious local food.

K3 is the southern of the two villas. The interior of the house is furnished with light textiles and colors maximizing the effect of the surrounding nature and embracing the sea view.

Villa K3 has two floors and a spacious loft. The first floor includes two huge bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second floor includes a kitchen, a living room and a common bathroom. The loft includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms offering an amazing view to the Ionian sea.

The outdoor space is a huge yard build just upon the sea. It includes everything you need to enjoy and relax during your stay in Arismari Villa.

The most significant facility of the place is a large infinite swimming pool where you can relax while gazing the sea meeting the horizon.

Nearby you will also find a BBQ in case you would like to just spent a full day in the Villa, relax, dream, swim, cook, eat , sleep.
