The residence is arranged across multiple levels, bringing together a spacious main living area with a comfortable lounge, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, while a vaulted loft area adds an elegant architectural feature and an inviting sense of volume. On the lower level, there are two serene bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and quality amenities, as well as practical storage areas. An additional sleeping or leisure area provides flexible accommodation for families or small groups. Outdoors, the private pool with sea and mountain views forms the centerpiece of the home, complemented by a terrace furnished for dining and lounging.



The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The villa includes air conditioning, satellite television, safety deposit box, board games, children’s books and entertainment, offering comfort for extended stays. Please note that children above 13 years old are welcome; cots and extra beds are not available. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted in accordance with the property’s policies.



A refundable damage deposit may be requested following check-out, with potential charges up to €300 depending on any damages identified during the stay. There are no mandatory additional staff services at the property; however, local concierge support can be arranged upon request for transport, dining reservations and experiences, subject to availability and extra cost.
