Villa Ioneira is a refined loft-style retreat set within an elegant complex in the peaceful village of Emporeio, offering an authentic Cycladic atmosphere combined with contemporary comfort. Thoughtfully designed to provide a serene escape while remaining well positioned for exploring Santorini, the villa blends traditional Theran architecture with modern amenities, creating a welcoming setting for couples, families, or small groups seeking privacy and style.



The interior spans approximately 50–55 square metres and is arranged over two levels, featuring an open-plan layout with a large double bed on the ground floor and two single beds on the mezzanine, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, and a dining table, ideal for light meals and relaxed mornings. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, flat-screen television, safety deposit box, mosquito nets, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



The Cycladic-style bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Outside, a private veranda of approximately 40 square metres provides a peaceful setting to unwind, complete with outdoor furniture, an al fresco dining area, and a private outdoor hot tub overlooking the sea and the surrounding Santorinian landscape. Linen is provided, and the property is strictly non-smoking, with the upper level accessible by stairs only.



There is no live-in staff at Villa Ioneira; however, periodic housekeeping and linen changes are provided in accordance with local standards. Use of the outdoor hot tub is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in to cover any potential damages, with the exact amount confirmed before travel. In addition, the mandatory Greek government climate resilience tax is payable locally upon arrival, as per current regulations. Villa Ioneira offers a tranquil yet well-connected base for enjoying Santorini in comfort, privacy, and understated elegance.
